Oh nice. I'm all about this sort of thing. I actually made my own ages ago, back when half the unicode characters didn't even exist. Should have added all the features that this one has.
It's also worth noting that any decent search engine or data mining tool will substitute at least a few characters into their approximate equivalents, so this might not work quite that well to escape bots. Also, it might not work that well for getting around filters on places like reddit, because a lot of subs will filter out excess unicode characters. But if they don't, then this will get around any other simple word filters they have. Even still, there are a lot of places where this can come in handy.
