Gotta get the lil ferals used to (and addicted to) cell phones as young as possible, to insure the cell phone companies their supply of 'suckers' will be ongoing and forevermore....plus it don't hurt none to throw a bone to the hacker control freaks, government spooks and child predators at the same time! And fun was had by all!
