Just a Microshaft problem, thankfully.
We'll all have a good time once 2038 rolls around and UNIX time rolls over... I'm already using uint64 for timestamps. Any firmware and any companion software I release today could potentially still be in use 20 years from now, and I won't be retirement age when it happens.
