MyVerizon sent me to a third-party Privacy Dashboard. It only shows bogus info I gave them when I signed up years ago. Only the phone number is valid. People tell me that, even if I am in their Contacts, my ID shows as "Unknown" when I call them. I refuse to use the Verizon App. My phone is too antiquated for it to work anyway. Sometimes older tech is more private. I will get an /e/ cell phone when they are in stock, which bypasses the Google Android operating system. Also, APK Pure is a wonderful alternative to Google's Play Store, and fully has all the same functionality. Just less spying.
