That's both similar and because of poor opsec. You can't really change the cylinder in a Caterpillar bulldozer because changing it would involve replacing it with an identical item. Passwords can be changed but most organizations are incapable of telling you what day of the week it is, let alone recording and securely releasing passwords for field use.
