Any connective, computer controlled car can be shut down remotely. Its just a natural side effect of that kind of tech and there is no way to guarantee that any car that is run by computer, that can be connected to will ever be really secure. if he starts lobbying to ban people from driving analog cars then we have a problem.
It not possible for any company to do that. Even if he published what youre asking for, the alphabet agency would just hack their network, and gag them if anyone noticed.
Not true. He could easily put a hardware "kill switch" in his cars that completely turns off remote access to the vehicle and a local software reset that lets the driver control everything locally/manually.
I'm not talking about an alphabet agency hacking starlink. That would be noticeable. What I'm talking about is a warrant canary. Elon could issue a warrant canary. He won't, because I guarantee you he's already received the letter and is piping the data to said agencies.
