  2. I think they are trying to slander the "alt right" character in the diagram by implying he is looking at porn (folder name) and that the "targeted ad" designed to "turn people against Biden" is related to him being alone/recently broken up.

i.e. Watch porn goy. Oy, look at the loser watching porn.

The irony is that the "alt right" is completely anti-porn because porn is a society destroying weapon wielded by jews. Something this total-shit-meme acknowledges by example.

Never heard of heartbreak tax. I'm guessing the leftist cartoonist made up the term as a satirical Gateway Pundit style headline being used as targeted clickbait aimed at right wingers in response to their typing 'racist' terms into the search bar.
