The people who want you dead are the ones who have the money and infrastructure for large amounts of them.
Either way the people working on automated weapons know they are going to advantage well funded totalitarian governments more than anyone else, not to mention make war far deadlier for everyone, especially civilians. They are absolute human garbage.
