In connection with your use of our websites, your PayPal account, the PayPal services, or in the course of your interactions with PayPal, other PayPal customers, or third parties, you must not:

i may be reading that wrong but it comes off if you do anything they dont like anywhere they have a paypal button they'll pull $2,500 out of your bank account.

Which sounds impossible to (legally) enforce.

They just have to make it more expensive than $2500 for the victim to legally recover the funds.

I wouldn't sign up for PayPal if they paid me.

Oh yeah? Anytime I get offended they owe me... one million dollars! For emotional damage.

Thieves.

That's nothing new.

Why would anyone need to have that much in their account to begin with? I been using PayPal for years and never had squat in my account. I buy something, it gets taken out of my debit card. Someone cancels an order, it goes directly back into the debit card. Someone fails to send what was paid for, and PayPal refuses to refund, I contest the charge, and the credit union flips PayPal the birdie. Why would anyone trust PayPal beyond what is absolutely necessary?

This can’t be legal, it’s the biggest violation of the first amendment I’ve seen in a while

thats why paypal is shitting themselves as they now they have justy emitted their death nel.
