You actually think Oregon is going to turn red? A light purple at most and the policies that are already set in motion won’t be able to be stopped. Natural gas was at a 40% low, in 5 years they’ve decided they’ll tax it 40% for increased revenue and to “save the earth” now it’s up 15% this year so their 40% increase coming in the next few years will be a 100% on the consumer. We already have a “new car privilege tax” even though sales taxes are illegal, can’t be overturned. We have a “vat tax” any company that makes a million dollars has to pay extra taxes, so one item before a consumer can buy it can be taxed 20 times, that won’t be overturned. You would need a super majority and if the dems walk out like the R’s do now it still wouldn’t matter. Voter ID won’t happen and we’ll continue with mail in ballots since we’ve been doing it for 20+ years. But now instead of being need to be received before 8pm election night as long as they’re postmarked before 8pm Election Day they can be counted for up to ten days after the election. We also don’t purge the voting roles any longer because it’s racist. The homeless will still run wild with progressive DA’s in charge.
