Get a four-poster bed and string it with curtains made of the same metalicized plastic they use to ship hard drives and memory chips in. Or better yet, use one of those metallic emergency blankets they have in emergency kits, you know, the ones that fold up to nothing and are made of metallic foil. Wear sleeping cap of same foil.

Sounds like a fun setup for people with carpeted floors in a dry winter area.

And test it. Get a field strength meter (voltage, magnetic, and RF) and see whether the sheets block anything.
