Instead of the use of the communist 'ban' they need to make it illegal for any city/state gov. to Ban anyone from owning a firearm or a Gasoline car. The EV car will Fail because the concept is a failure. NO matl. to make batts., NO Where to charge them and They BURN UP on a regular basis.

Should also make sure that the owners have to pay to properly dispose of their cars. They should not be sent to a junkyard and left to leach all manner of polutants into the environment. Can't be cheap to recycle those EVs. Same goes for windmills.

Also, home insurance and auto insurance should be thru the roof to pay for the houses catching on fire or the work the firemen have to do to put them out. Ev cars are banned on most race tracks because of that

man, this just gets closer and closer to home. what a pain. went looking for a 3 way lightbulb only to find out incandescents were banned from manufacture in july and their sale is banned this february. i guess i'll have to switch over all my bulbs to LED at some point.

i can see the same thing happening to cars in 15 years. then you won't have a choice. govt will just ban gas stations one night. total bullshit.

There's a dirty secret with LEDs. If you run them on a circuit that has any adapter plugged in, a microwave, or anything that can dirty the power, their controllers burn out. This is why these "10,000 hour" LEDs don't last as long as incandescent bulbs yet cost 10x more. They cheap out on the circuitry. They are a total ripoff.

Also heat kills them as well as dirty power. They are only good in open sockets where heat can escape, not in globes or fixtures without circulation.
