One of the things that's always been tricky about wanting to do business with this European company is that due to the ever-changing currency conversion rates between USD and EUR, how much we'd be paying for hosting would be inconsistent. In addition, we often have to account for the fees applied by credit and debit card companies on international transactions like we at Sandia Mesa did with our previous Panama-based web host. With the web host now being owned by Epik, which is a US-based company, we'll be able to pay for hosting with a specific price in USD and won't have to worry about inconsistencies based on currency rates.
