Just FYI, the cost of nuclear is massively artificially inflated. They did it to make nuclear non-competitive and prevent further installation. Nuclear remains the safest, cheapest, most environmentally friendly, renewable energy system widely deployed. Any chart or person telling you otherwise is ignorant or selling something.
