I worked with a black girl years ago and she was a completely obvious diversity hire. Spoke on her phone or played games or browsed Facebook all day and on the weekend rotation where some of us had to to work Fri and Sat to get Mon and Tues off she would ironically "not know" and show up at work in the morning Fri and call in sick Saturday for a 4 day weekend basically so she could go to the clubs and tweak out and twerk with her peanut brain and tiny mind in a huge head.

It must have been rattling around in there. Her wigs were hilarious too. One day one wasn't staying on and fell off revealing her bald head and the next day her new wig looked ridiculous because she'd stolen it from someone as it didn't fit at all either.

If I was an employer I'd only hire Whites and Asians as long as the Asians could speak good English and not chinglish.

I will admit that I've seen good black workers and bad white ones, but odds are 10% the white employee is bad and 10% the black employee is good.
