Yup. IIRC, because all traffic goes through the great [fire]wall of China, it's trivial for them to route the connections of all 1B+ unique devices anywhere they please.

That said, please don't block all Chinese IPs, that would really suck for me.

Inb4; VPN. Yes, I have one, it's expensive, it's slow (I think China can detect it), and it's a constant battle between the VPN companies and China to keep connections open. Sometimes I go days without it working at all.

I don't think anyone's going to block all of china's ips
