Holy shit this is pretty bad. Economically this is big enough to have a measurable effect on the US economy.
The "bad people" tried a number of strategies to try and tank the market back when Trump was elected, along with cooperation from the FED. It seems inevitable that they will try again and their ideal outcome is tanking the economy before the election so that they can blame Trump.
From what I can tell and granted I'm not an expert, something like this could really tank the economy and it has nothing to do with any politician. It has to do with bad business practices.
It depends on who chose to expose it and why... but, yeah... the "Next Enron" is one way to put it. My question is whether or not MSM will try to bury it, like most other financial scandals of significance, or if they will use it as fodder for a campaign of economic doom and gloom.
