Playing Devil's Advocate simply because I can. Having tried many pizzas of many different calibers, I would say Pizza Hut's pizza is not bad. Especially in direct contrast to Little Caesar's. I would never place it on the tier of an authentic restaurant, but in comparison to most grocery store frozen pizzas, the quality is there. So I'd place it in a middle tier. If I expanded upon this archive of different pizzas and their respective tiers, it would likely sit towards the middle for some time and perhaps slowly drop in rank as I expanded my palette.
