You are free to pretend that there is no difference in coffees, and that the better ones command a higher price. I guess it's possible that there are retarded people who would choose shitty sour Kroger urn coffee if presented the choice between that and good coffee for the same price.

Well I am totally with you and drink freeze-dried myself because I just don't care anymore having a nice cup of coffee can be enjoyable when you can taste floral or a fruity profile for example, the kind that doesn't stick to your tongue. It's worth doing every once in awhile, and by that I mean once a year

Some people can tell the difference, some people can't. It matters less the more sugar you use. If you are drinking it black, it matters much more. I'm drinking it black, so it makes a big difference for me.

That's because you're a victim of marketing and what you thought was supposed to be good coffee was just more shit marked up and marketed as good coffee. . DO NOT BUY PEET'S FROM THE GROCERY STORE. That shit is months old. Peets.com ships it the same day it's roasted. Try that shit and tell me it tastes the same. Just beware that it will turn you into a coffee snob and there's no going back from that shit.
