Plus, I complained about him butchering the hedges (again)...I came home today to tree trimmings/branches all over the fuckin driveway. He is a psycho. 4 years of this intermittent shit is enough. I love it here, but there is plenty to hate. My new place will be cool, the lady said she will pay me to remodel it (that's what I do professionally). It's in a very desirable neighborhood (no niggers or Hawaiians). One door closes, another opens.
