To avoid abuse, the rate limit is set as:

  • one post per minute

  • one comment per 20 seconds.

It has nothing to do with the user level. It's a global feature, and even admin accounts are subjected to.

There's already a special rate limit for new accounts to prevent spam and shitpost flood.
