I only go on here for about 20 minutes a day. How can I change the rate limit. I read fast and can respond to multiple posts in a couple mins.
It has nothing to do with the user level. It's a global feature, and even admin accounts are subjected to.
There's already a special rate limit for new accounts to prevent spam and shitpost flood.
