Very likely, pre civil rights bs blacks worked and owned homes and werent outright stealing everything from society. But the left gave them a ticket to the gibs train and we can see the results of that. The solution would be to kill the welfare state altogether as it universally breeds sloth and contempt for productivity. Had black never been given a free ride to bail on their families and get free shit, they may have made something of themselves. Black culture pre late 80s gangster rap had quite different values than today.
