People don't understand how war develops. Things have to get pretty bad, then it will happen all at once. Things simply aren't bad enough yet for most people to act desperately.

"Bad enough" means the failure of foundational distribution chains. The problem being, once broken, they will not re-form. They will have to be rebuilt from scratch, which would take literal decades in a country as large and industrially undeveloped as the United States, ask third world shitholes, Iraq and Afghanistan how tenuous their infrastructure is. Once bad enough hits, any memory of the United States goes with it, Commanders of military installations become regional warlords who will eventually begin to confiscate supplies from their surrounding communities, mass die-offs will occur left, right, and center. Coastal regions and urban centers will become inert centers of violence and death. International shipping will cease and a nation that import 97% of it's texitles will be starved for resources and supplies.
The Southern Border will cease to exist and the Northern Border will likely evolve to look somewhat differently that we are currently accustomed. If the United States falls, so to does the rest of the first world and those financially supported nation states that depend on arms, goods, and services. I wonder how much of the world Israel will try to take with it when it inevitably falls.

There won't be any meaningful rebellion until people start starving, have to go without power, water, or fuel, or some combination of each, for an extended period of time.

Whites built every single thing you mentioned in the first place and could build all that shit again if they wanted to, once they have the freedom to put a bullet in every non-White and jew leech in the West.
