Alex Jew is basically the OG google news reader. He doesn't make anything up, what he does is read all the boring white papers and releases by scientists, ngos and other organizations that other are too lazy to read, that info goes into his head and re-organizes it into a narrative and then someone presses a button and his mouth just shouts out the narrative as his brain sees it.
He is completely not in control of this process, he is more of a bystander. In one of his interviews he says he had a head injury when he was young and if you know these kinds of people, they change after the brain trauma. Jones, I think, is some kind of savant like creature that is just along for the ride as one part of his brain obsesses about those weird white papers and publications from ngos and on the other his other part of the brain just collects and organizes the info.
Is he used as a shill? Sure. Does he hate white people? Yes, his kids are jewish. Is he aware of theing a shill, I don't think so.

I've never thought of AJ that way, and it's a quite realistic depiction indeed, it fits, except for the "hate white people".
