At low doses it actually suppresses immune responses. My body is killing my thyroid (along with other organs) via wacky immune responses. It reduces a lot of my strange allergic reactions to all kinds of things. I never knew day to day what would trigger hives. Taking a low dose of naltrexone has reduced my thyroid antibody levels and my pancreatic functions have increased. I'm guessing I was also eating up my pancreas.
There are a ton of off label uses for it for autoimmune issues. It's even made some people with autism better.
