There seem to be so many "miraculous" stories out there of people who've defied the medical industry and recovered from serious conditions only to not be believed down the track. I was wondering if there are people here on poal who can share their own medical remedies that have worked for them.

Actually I looked it up and it's a well studied form of fasting. Only water or teas, juices depending on your needs.
