Honestly I had no idea, I appreciate it sir. Admittedly, I eat too much takeout. I'll look into table salt but may see what supplements are available. Not sure if you have any recommendations on that front?
To much salt in everything already. I know i need to add it to my supplement list but I've been more focused on immune boosting
There's a really well known iodine brand called Lugol's. Most people are deficient in iodine and it's not one of the vitamins they tell you to take, it's also not tested for regularly so you probably will never even know if you are deficient or not.
Check this gem out. One of the better red pills.
Check out Dr Davis book Undoctored. He hits on a lot of stuff people are talking about. How grains are terrible and how they are nothing like what are grandparents and great grandparents ate. How the medical community is about keeping you sick and not about healing you. He also hits on vitamins and supplements you need. Such as fish oils, iodine, vitamin d and magnesium.
