I think it said take 2 pills per day, I took 6.
An important distinction to be made is that the pills were balanced with magnesium so I didn't get constipated.
You need Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin K2 all taken together in conjunction for best results.
I think they had D3, I don't remember about the others.
Did you pick up any height? Or just bone density?
Just bone density and muscle mass. I was already into my 20s so I don't think it was possible to put on any more height.
