Technical response: Yes, Apple does use some pretty high-end hardware, and a lot of their machines are well-engineered. Flippant response: Yeah, and I'm betting you think dicks in your mouth are pretty good too. Real response: Meh, I really don't care for Apple's OS, or software policies, or political stance, or employment practices. Fuck them altogether.
