What exactly is Trump going to do that's ANY better than what's currently going on? Is it just misplaced hope and optimism or something? It makes no sense

Trump was out for himself but he offered to bring people along on the ride. Politicians are so far removed from the people that not getting fucked over is enough for people to flock to you.
