Today's school shooting in Texas...just another Tuesday. War in Ukraine. I know the leaders in the US will do something to make the situation worse but I don't care. Election in November is going to be rigged to the git. Don't care anymore.

I am supposed to be angry and outraged and want to do my part to help fix this but I am not. It's like I expect the next day to be worse than the last and I just don't care anymore. How do you get angry, concerned or even muster up the energy to care when the country isn't worth saving?

Pretty much how our conversation went before she stormed out. I asked if she was sad about all the children that were trafficked today, or who died alone of horrible diseases, which is a lot more than 14. I’d go insane if I got upset over every tragedy in the world. It’s happening every minute of every day
