Run cmd as admin, type: "format c: /fs:ntfs”

You will of course need some media to boot from.. any media will do, as it can't get worse than ststus quo..

Alternately do contemplate partitioning the system and leave c: to it's own devices, as the sectors looks corrupt and possibly fubar..
