These events always serve more than one purpose.

My guess is it's for the following reasons, at least ...

  • Further collapse supply chains (tip: grow your own food)
  • Explanation for an increase in cancer/death ("it's the PVC bomb, not the vax!")
  • Fear and division (hate your neighbor because "it was totally the [insert partisan affiliation here]'s fault!")

Just a thought.

They might not like the Amish because of their independence, but there’s not enough Amish nor do the ones that exist pose enough of a threat to be on their radar.

If “Amishism” were spreading like a wildfire, it might be a different story. But it’s not.

Not sure about the whole “covering for vax deaths” angle either.

While there’s certainly a lot more vax deaths and adverse reactions than they’ll admit to, whatever ones do exist are already covered for since they can be attributed to such a variety of “patsy” ailments.. IE, “you have myocarditis/clots/cancer/etc., but it has nothing to do with the shot. You just have it because of other reasons entirely.”

I think the other motivators you mentioned are more probable.

The Amish are a control group who's health exposes how detrimental out medical industry is to the rest of us.

Ok, that’s probably a valid point. I still don’t think that’s the target reason though. They’re still too obscure to a majority of the culture.

Until about 2019 the fastest growing religions in the US were Mormonism and the Amish.

No shit? I’d like to see the source on that. I can believe that about Mormons because they put in the work. But Amish? Do they proselytize?

Not much but apparently one or two groups started and they began a bunch of new communities where arable land was cheapest. Simple living has a good appeal to many people.

https://search.brave.com/search?q=amish+growth&source=desktop take your pick of articles, they have seen 110% growth in 22 years, were the fastest growing in 2012 and have been among the fastest growing in the US the whole time, importation of muslims and catholics is eclipsing them now I think but they are keeping pace with mormon growth.
