They have to practice a lot everyday, and force themselves to eat so much calories per day (10,000) from a special diet.
I have a friend in Japan who has told me that because the Japanese never traded chickens they never got infected by the salmonella bacteria so they can eat chicken raw.
I don't think I could stand the texture of raw chicken though.
I think only a small percentage of chicken has a salmonella problem. If you ate some raw chicken right now, you'd probably be okay.
I still consider the texture of raw chicken between my fingers disgusting, and I imagine eating it raw would hit me in my gag-reflex.
I also won't take the chance with salmonella.
The only meat I'll eat is from sea fish, sea food and beef.
I tried raw chicken and it doesn't have a nice taste, at least to me.
Grilled chicken is so much tastier.
