I have a 3 year old Kenmore French door bottom freezer appliance. We had a good round of storms here, power off/on/off/on for a several days. Fridge died. Repair guy came out, control boaed dead. No parts because Kenmore, manufactured by Dai Woo, has been bought by LG, who cut off repair part supply. I slaved the cooling fan to the freezer fan, now fridge is a giant freezer, as slaved fan runs, does not kick on & off as when controlled by bord. Any advice or suggestions appreciated.

Here's a Kenmore control board on eBay so I know they sell them:

http://ebay.com/itm/184022951588?itmmeta=01J1HA8TFP7VNZ133RX3HG50A9&hash=item2ad89f66a4:g:Xa8AAOSwGA5giKVb&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAA4JA32yA%2F67%2FOlXF4X2nokbPCOl8rVp%2BGoQig%2B6VFa

Find your exact model number and search for "model xyz control board" on ebay and Google

Thank you. That's where I'm headed. If I can find a factory board, should be plug-n-play.
