I'm right-handed but left-eye dominant. I do RC cars left handed and knit continent (left hand holds the yarn and maneuvers it). I'm not sporty in the least but I remember my gym teacher in high school saying I was left leg/foot dominant. No idea what any of it means, other than when I go shooting I have to make sure to close my left eye to make it easier on those advising me.
