I've been looking at this Sonu Sleep mattress. Made in America. It has a channel in it for your arm to go if you sleep on your side (like me).

I wake up in pain and have to roll over 6 times a night from sleeping on my shoulder. I have tried sleeping on my back but then I just can't fall asleep and if I do end up in the middle of the night on my back then I wake up with my woman throwing an elbow into me to start breathing again. I have tried cpap, can't sleep with it.

So, anyone heard of this? It gets pretty expensive with the fitted sheets and everything but they have a decent sale going on the next few days.

I went with a no name memory foam mattress and am pleased with it. No arm groove.

My secret to fixing shoulder pain was to stop putting the pillow between my shoulder and face. That was really torquing my shoulder.

I did rip off one of my kids squashmellows which I've found to be the perfect accessory pillow to fill in any gap. She's never getting it back.
