I've been looking at this Sonu Sleep mattress. Made in America. It has a channel in it for your arm to go if you sleep on your side (like me).

I wake up in pain and have to roll over 6 times a night from sleeping on my shoulder. I have tried sleeping on my back but then I just can't fall asleep and if I do end up in the middle of the night on my back then I wake up with my woman throwing an elbow into me to start breathing again. I have tried cpap, can't sleep with it.

So, anyone heard of this? It gets pretty expensive with the fitted sheets and everything but they have a decent sale going on the next few days.

I've been dealing with the pain for years, this looks good to me but I would hate to spend 3K and it's a gimmick.

I do see that they have a 100 night trial period though. Says if you don't want it they will take it back and issue a full refund. That makes it more interesting.
