I've been looking at this Sonu Sleep mattress. Made in America. It has a channel in it for your arm to go if you sleep on your side (like me).

I wake up in pain and have to roll over 6 times a night from sleeping on my shoulder. I have tried sleeping on my back but then I just can't fall asleep and if I do end up in the middle of the night on my back then I wake up with my woman throwing an elbow into me to start breathing again. I have tried cpap, can't sleep with it.

So, anyone heard of this? It gets pretty expensive with the fitted sheets and everything but they have a decent sale going on the next few days.

I really like my current mattress, it is great. Except the shoulder pain. My pillows are nice too. I am a side sleeper and I wake up at least 5 or 6 times every night with shoulder pain. I'm really tired of it!

Had the same problem even after I got the new mattress. Firmer pillows solved it for me. Hope a new mattress works for you. It's a not a fun thing to live with.
