Been buying no name foam, I'm done, now saving for a McRoskey. Still stitched and flippable. My Parents had a Duxianna, they swore by. I'd rather give to an American company. There are arm pillows (amazon.com) I'd try before the special bed.
I have heard good things about the Dux bed as well but they start out at about 6 grand and go up to 30!!!! No way, plus, as you said, they are not American made. McRoskey is cool for the handmade angle but incredibly expensive as well.
I've tried the arm pillows, they make sleeping more comfortable but still don't take the pressure off the shoulder. I still wake up in pain many times every night.
