I've been looking at this Sonu Sleep mattress. Made in America. It has a channel in it for your arm to go if you sleep on your side (like me).

I wake up in pain and have to roll over 6 times a night from sleeping on my shoulder. I have tried sleeping on my back but then I just can't fall asleep and if I do end up in the middle of the night on my back then I wake up with my woman throwing an elbow into me to start breathing again. I have tried cpap, can't sleep with it.

So, anyone heard of this? It gets pretty expensive with the fitted sheets and everything but they have a decent sale going on the next few days.

I have tried the pillows. They do make you more comfortable but they do not take away the underlying cause of my shoulder pain. I'm still lying on my shoulder. This thing fully kitted out is just over 3 grand. Therapy could exceed that pretty quickly and often a therapist will recommend the new equipment anyway!!
