I get the short version: Cracker Barrell changed their logo, most people think it is significantly worse. Apparently they changed the interior decoration too. I have to say I've probably only eaten at a Cracker Barrell a handful of times in my life, and while I remember it being fine it doesn't have a place of nostalgia for me or anything.

I can understand folks being like, "This logo is dumber, the decorations are worse. I do not like this, I'm going to buy my pancakes elsewhere cause I no longer like the decor."

But why is this allegedly a cultural thing now? I don't think the new logo is (was) good either, but I didn't see it as particularly "woke" or anything, just minimalist to the point of detriment.

Cracker Barrel is to whites what Waffle House is to niggers. Watching the cultural and food destruction is like watching your daughter go to college and turn into a blue haired nonbinary furry.

As an example, imagine if Chick Fil A sold tomorrow, and started having LGBT posters all over the store and cooked the chicken in smaller portions and "healthier options". Same shit.

If Cracker Barrell was pushing some transfaggottry (or something along those lines) I'd get it. But as far as I can tell they just re-did the logo. Like I said it wasn't a good redesign, but it doesn't seem cultural to me.

The whole company was taken over this, was the first step. To everyone here not knowing about the trans and liberal shit then you are not paying attention. They started promoting LGBTQ once the women started taking over the c-level positions they are not qualified for.

This is more about not allowing this into any business and especially when they do stupid shit like this.

I don't really care about the brand but I care that they replaced all of their upper admin staff with the women and woke retards that did this. I have not been to one in at least a decade.

(((New CEO))) took over and they started donating to faggot shit all over the South.

It is another example of erasure of white culture in our own lands.

It's the principal of the matter. Not even to start with the fact that the old time ambiance was part of the experience of eating there. Now there's no difference between eating there or Applebee's.

But your welcome to go, fam. I'm sure niggers will eventually start to move in on them and you can be wonderfully culturally enriched.

I don't think anyone is actually worked up, and it's just a viral marketing campaign fake controversy like the recent Sydney Sweeney jeans ad. There was one a while ago too for the new Little Mermaid movie where there was a supposed controversy about black Ariel. It helps to remember that everything about advertising is fake and gay.

Having eaten at cracker barrel a few hundred times, it started a couple years ago when they started selling alcohol. OK no big deal but the the waitresses were asking if I wanted a mimosa with my pancakes at 6am. I fucking work, not trying to get blitzed at breakfast on a week day. I communicated how retarded that was to push alcohol at what is a pretty solid family restaurant for breakfast. Apparently my waitress was an alcoholic because she got pretty butthurt. I was making fun of the bud light next to pancakes. They've been fucked since.

I dunno. I don't get it either. I've never been to a cracker barrel.

Ive never heard of cracker barrel, and i understand the anger PERFECTLY. History shows us intricate beauiful things, made by masters, take buildings, not even talking about the MASSIVE "world faires", but gorgeous architecure replaced by steel boxes.

Sculptures of yore reduced to invisible statues being sold?

Music, once evoking powerful emotion reduced to todays retarded garble.

Paintings simply glorious reduced to a quick profit money laundering scheme... its sad.

Now logos, cracker barrel had a cute intricate pattern, what is it now, oh.. yeh .. LESS.

I see it thus: a family place to go to that evoked a simpler, better time. Evolved into an after church go to, where friends can enjoy each others company, families get together. Those are the very things the feminist, the progressive liberal, the woke left all despise. Society seems increasingly made of vocal people raised by single mothers, and the very public demonisation of all things masculine and traditional. They have no concept of what they are trying to tear down, and the puppeteers consider themselves insulated and above the fray. This is just a nudge of the Overton window, a test. C/B needs to be bud lighted; a firm closing of the Overton window. That is what the shareholders understand: diminished dividends.

Flags and logos represent your core values. Having a blackrock jew remove the White man from the logo, along with all things southern white from the menu, and promoting rainbow rocking chairs , goes along with erasing whites. People noticed.

You change logos when you are signaling you are not the same company.

they're fucking stupid

It's just overflow of anger we have toward all of the rebranding nonsense and brutalist "modern" architecture. A lot of people have a soft spot for that restaurant too.

It's comfort food among comfortable decor in god awful chairs.

According to The Fat Electrician, they've only made the change at 30 locations. There's a chance they updated the 30 worst performing locations as a test and they can shut those down now in a few months and write off the remodel expense(s). As quickly as they reneged on the logo, if they keep that Karen CEO, who knows. If she's ousted, this is likely a backdoor scheme to oust her.
