They can call it whatever they want, as long as I can ignore it.
They can say its regulated all they want, but I've never ran into any regulations trading crypto. I have less than a 1% trading fee, which seems ok considering the exchange needs to make money somehow. I have never and will never pay taxes on my crypto. You could consider KYC (know your customer) a regulation, but there are "things" you can do to pass KYC without giving them "your" identity. It might just be me, but I don't really see how it's "regulated" in anyway.
I would love to see them try and regulate my monero stash.
> I have never and will never pay taxes on my crypto.
Why just stop at crypto then?
You're an idiot.
Oh... So you just realised why you will eventually have to pay taxes on crypto, just like you pay taxes on everything else, for the exact same reason?
Sorry to burst your bubble
Your definition of regulation must be really warped by reality.
>Gnuglugnuglugnugnu
First of all, unlike you I don't have a "personal definition" for every single word, because that's not how written language works, you fucking retard. There's a thing called a dictionary for that, you fucking shit
https://www.thefreedictionary.com/regulation
> 1. The act of regulating or the state of being regulated. 2. A principle, rule, or law designed to control or govern conduct. 3. A governmental order having the force of law. Also called executive order.

> A Regulation is an official rule. In the Government, certain administrative agencies have a narrow authority to control conduct, within their areas of responsibility. These agencies have been delegated legislative power to create and apply the rules, or "regulations". Derived from "regulate".
I'm not the author of that infographic I didn't get to choose the title, now what's your fucking problem newfag?
Well little girl let me teach you just a little bit so you don’t fall off that big horsey. I have 25 dictionaries in 7 languages. Almost all of them have a different definition of regulation. Languages haven’t always been the same, in fact, languages evolve over time and are always changing. Peoples perception of reality will change as a person gains more knowledge of their surroundings. I wouldn’t recommend using an online Jewish dictionary to reference your knowledge of the English language. That is your choice alone. So a person could come to a logical conclusion that any source you use is your personal decision and therefor your personal definition. Then there is also someone’s ability to interpret what they read. Which this talent is also based on someone’s ability to understand logic. By answering your first poor attempt at a question by trying to state it as a fact the other statements you made are invalid. Do you need help with anything else or are these ideas too complicated for you?

Stick to this one and fuckoff
What's regulated is currency exchanges. Counties attempt to prevent currency exchanges from selling or buying crypto tokens using fiat currency.
Also, online wallets can be compromised. So never use an online wallet. Store your hash code/crypto keys only on a device you control.
"Regulates" evidently refers to the legal context... Duh
