They can say its regulated all they want, but I've never ran into any regulations trading crypto. I have less than a 1% trading fee, which seems ok considering the exchange needs to make money somehow. I have never and will never pay taxes on my crypto. You could consider KYC (know your customer) a regulation, but there are "things" you can do to pass KYC without giving them "your" identity. It might just be me, but I don't really see how it's "regulated" in anyway.

I would love to see them try and regulate my monero stash.
