Well little girl let me teach you just a little bit so you don’t fall off that big horsey. I have 25 dictionaries in 7 languages. Almost all of them have a different definition of regulation. Languages haven’t always been the same, in fact, languages evolve over time and are always changing. Peoples perception of reality will change as a person gains more knowledge of their surroundings. I wouldn’t recommend using an online Jewish dictionary to reference your knowledge of the English language. That is your choice alone. So a person could come to a logical conclusion that any source you use is your personal decision and therefor your personal definition. Then there is also someone’s ability to interpret what they read. Which this talent is also based on someone’s ability to understand logic. By answering your first poor attempt at a question by trying to state it as a fact the other statements you made are invalid. Do you need help with anything else or are these ideas too complicated for you?

Here dipshit: https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/regulation#:~:text=Definition,Derived%20from%20%22regulate%22.

>A Regulation is an official rule. In the Government, certain administrative agencies have a narrow authority to control conduct, within their areas of responsibility. These agencies have been delegated legislative power to create and apply the rules, or "regulations". Derived from "regulate".

Stick to this one and fuckoff

Such a potty mouth for a little girl. Your parents must of sat you down in front of the television as a child. This would confirm your loyalty to the Jewish dictionary and (((their))) regulations. I hope you get adopted someday. Sending prayers and well wishes.
