Greenpeace gain nothing by producing false research. It's not like they lack environmental disasters to try to make assholes care about.
Big industry gets to pollute, and profit for a few more years by producing misleading research and inaccurate propaganda to delay action on environmental issues.
I can tell you're pretty hot under the collar, so I'll hold off. Just not a very persuasive position you have chosen by advocating Greenpeace's work. Plenty of real environmentalists and conservationists doing good work out there; they hate radicals painting them all in a bad light.
I don't want you to hold off, but I need to be afk for a while anyway.
It's not persuasive around here - I think the average person woudn't think twice about Greenpeace's scientific involvement.
I don't think you've addressed my point. Businesses obviously lie for short term profit, the single thing they care about. Why on earth would Greenpeace lie about plastic in table salt? Can you find another scientific study where they've lied about something so self-contained and clear-cut?
Greenpeace gain nothing by producing false research.
They actually do, that's their business model.
I won't say their "research" are false, but they are totally biased to please their corporate sponsors.
You have as much luck swaying people as I do saying gas the kikes and hang the niggers. Fucking LOL at you.
