Most people,including bosses and managers, are very dumb. Bosses/Managers are just cunning—not necessarily smart.
In my experience managers as a group are good at one thing....kissing butt.
Yeah. Some are bright, but the common denominator is the willingness to do “whatever it takes.”
In my line of work they make less then the techs because they can't do the real job.
