Relentless bastards. Poor employer has an impossible tasks breaking your HUGE balls!

Document everything for your lawsuit.

When this is over, I hope you own that company.

These fuckers need to learn our that our rights aren’t merely suggestions.

[–] 8 pts

The way they learn isn’t thru Jew courts

[–] 1 pt

They tried to pull this shit at my work too. I told them I wasn't jabbed and I never would be getting jabbed, and that the ball was in their court, knowing full well that I'm the one with the most experience there, and I also know some things that nobody else at the business knows (and I have no intention whatsoever to train others in those skills). I also made damn sure that I was protected financially if they did go ahead and fire me, so that I wouldn't feel financially manipulated into that shit because "I need money to put food on the table". They had a deadline of a certain date - that date passed and nothing happened. Turns out about a week after the deadline it was no longer "mandatory" to be jabbed to work there. Whoever flinches first loses, and damned if I were the one to flinch first. My advice to anyone else is to make sure that you're either, or working towards, being financially able to have enough means to survive at least a couple of months without a job, for any "shit hits the fan" scenario where you might be out of work for several months. I knew the writing was on the wall about a month after this whole "pandemic" started, so I started setting the groundwork for it about 18 months in advance.

Is this person as dumb in real life as the way they write text messages suggests?

[–] 11 pts

Most people, including bosses and managers, are very dumb. Bosses/Managers are just cunning—not necessarily smart.

[–] [deleted] 4 pts

In my experience managers as a group are good at one thing....kissing butt.

[–] 2 pts

Yeah. Some are bright, but the common denominator is the willingness to do “whatever it takes.”

[–] 2 pts

In my line of work they make less then the techs because they can't do the real job.

Is that why they always have horrendous halitosis?

As a manager with aspirations of higher positions, I resemble and take a fence to that.

[–] 1 pt

Well, if you take a fence to that you need to steep into my orifice and have a dicksuction.

Queens is even dumber than you can imagine. Just wait and see how he responds to this comment. He's gonna HATE the cohen19 camps a lot.

[–] 4 pts

No one wants to work, how hard can it be finding a new job?

Maybe even for cash so you can avoid taxes and supporting the system.

[–] 5 pts

We’ll see. Everyone is afraid of petty $1000 fines. There are million and billion dollar businesses supposedly afraid of eating $1000. Laughable.

[–] 3 pts

Why even pay the fine? Just tell them to go fuck themselves and continue business as usual. But no, people are cowardly and will follow whatever regulation and pay whatever fine they are issued, even if they are a blatant violation of your rights guaranteed by law.

No stop calling them cowards, as if the Corporations are just hapless victims of the 'evil gubbermint'.

They're all true believers in this holocough nonsense, they aren't afraid of fines.

[–] 1 pt

I think you have to be an illegal to do that. Still get food stamps, child care free schooling for kids. Anyway, none of us should be paying income taxes anyway, straight up theft. The courts will not even allow a lawsuit against it.

The courts will not even allow a lawsuit against it.

Don't ask permission, just work for cash and then immediately convert that cash to physical silver coins.

WHY are you still living in california 2.0?

[–] 0 pt

Because the rest of the US doesn't have an answer for NYC, aside from Philadelphia / San Fran. Which are much much less over all. And San Fran well, is in California.

[–] 1 pt

No, the rest of us do have an answer for NYC, get out of there if you have a brain.

>Hopefully they do not know your vax status. If they are asking you can tell them you cannot violate HIPPA. Be sure to record the entire conversation with a nice camera. Take photos of documents required to fill out making you state your vax status. I would consider suing with clause of no counter suit by company, employers, and anyone associated with said company. Have the lawyer take 60% if you cannot hire one.

Nope. Wrong. I did a write-up on it, here:

Here's my comment copied and pasted:

The Privacy Rule applies to "covered entities."

Those are:

"health plans, health care clearinghouses, and health care providers that conduct standard electronic transactions"

Your employer is not one of the covered entities. Neither is a business that you wish to visit. If your employer calls your doctor to ask if you're vaccinated, that's prohibited because you doctor is a Covered Entity under the privacy rule. But if you show your vaccine card to a business and your employer asks that business if you are vaccinated, that business can disclose that information and you have no recourse against that business or your employer.

https://www.hhs.gov/hipaa/for-professionals/privacy/guidance/hipaa-covid-19-vaccination-workplace/index.html

I should probably post this so people on Poal do not end up getting fired because their dumbass lawyers or friends who read stupid shit on the internet, cannot be arsed to even look up the Privacy Rule in the HIPAA.

It doesn’t matter how many times you tell people that, they’re just gonna keep repeating the same thing that they think they know about HIPAA.

The right has become just as tiresome as the left.

Ending "professional" text messages with lol
