I don't know, they don't release that. However, I see them often enough that it's at least a measurable amount. Last year at Johnstown Swappers Day, there was a whole group of dwarf amish being herded around. It's not uncommon to see downies there as well, and I saw a couple of them last time I went to Hazen.
One of my distant relatives in PA used to be a yoder toter. One of his regulars was a family that took a couple of their children into Pittsburgh for treatments because they all had some odd genetic disease. He did a couple of runs where families picked up and traded places with a family in Indiana because of genetic diversity.

The studies are pointing out that they didn't get covid related problems like the rest of the world did, that's because they generally let the cold run it's course and didn't shoot themselves full of untested liquids. The society as a whole has a lot of other problems that you're not going to see because you don't live there. There are relatively few Amish regardless of what you see on the talmudvision, so my seeing genetically damaged individuals almost every time I go back to that area seems to indicate they aren't as healthy as you may think. They simply don't have the problems the western world has because they don't participate in it as much.

People like to worship the amish like they're some sort of ideal. It's like everything, most know what the media tells them - they never had to deal with money grubbing psudo-jews.
Used to run deliveries for a store in the Holmes County (Ohio) area. Amish wouldn't speak to you at the delivery point unless you got snippy with them, and they kvetched about having to pay sales tax in the store. You have to show your tax-exempt form like everyone else, Moses.
